Background

Stone’s long suffering teaching assistant who is also a member of the Icarus Foundation after Napoleon saved his life years earlier when Vincent had become indoctrinated into a cult. Vincent often disagrees with some of Napoleon more ruthless action when they are working a case for the Foundation but he has a great deal of respect for the older man and considers him a friend.
